Quality Improvement – Bite size virtual learning

We are pleased to promote a fully funded Quality Improvement bite size learning programme developed in partnership with the Eastern Academic Health Science Network for health and care professionals working in the East of England. This programme will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to apply quality improvement principles in practice and it will enable participants to become familiar with a range of QI tools. 

Sessions are available on-line and open to participants to access the modules on demand. There are 4 modules in total which all participants are encouraged to complete. Sessions are accessible at any time to view online once registered:

  • Session 1 – What is the Model for Improvement?
  • Session 2 – How to apply the Model for Improvement into practice
  • Session 3 – Measurement for Improvement pt 1
  • Session 4 – Measurement for Improvement pt 2
