Quality Improvement – Bite size virtual learning

We are pleased to promote a fully funded Quality Improvement bite size learning programme developed in partnership with the Eastern Academic Health Science Network for health and care professionals working in the East of England. This programme will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to apply quality improvement principles in practice and it will enable participants to become familiar with a range of QI tools. 

Sessions are available on-line and open to participants to access the modules on demand. There are 4 modules in total which all participants are encouraged to complete. Sessions will be:

  • Session 1 – What is the Model for Improvement? – Monday 20th September
  • Session 2 – How to apply the Model for Improvement into practice – Monday 4th October
  • Session 3 – Measurement for Improvement pt 1 – w/c 1st November
  • Session 4 – Measurement for Improvement pt 2 – w/c 8th November

To support learning, EAHSN will be facilitating two live Q&A opportunities with a registered QI professional on Wednesday 17th November at 14:30 – 15:30 and Tuesday 30th November at 11:30 – 12:30. If you have any questions you would like to submit for the Q&A sessions, please email them to [email protected] by the 8th November for session 1, or 19th November for session 2.
