ESLP Programme Overview

The diagram below provides and overview of the structure of the programme and the outline timing of delivery of the various elements.  Each element is then described separately, providing a detailed account of our approach.

ESLP is a 12-month programme.  As well as formal learning, the programme provides hands-on experiential learning, invaluable coaching skills, system leader mentoring, and group reflective practice. You will tailor your own personal development plan to address your unique learning gaps and aspirations. The figures below demonstrate the core and optional modules and the programme timeline.
