ESLP Programme Overview

ESLP is a 18-month programme. As well as formal learning, the programme provides hands-on experiential learning, invaluable coaching skills, system leader mentoring, and group reflective practice. Participants will tailor their own personal development plan to address their unique learning gaps and aspirations.

ESLP Objectives and Outcomes

  • Develop  a future focused highly regarded system leadership programme for mid-level leaders.
  • Create  an inclusive leadership development and career progression pathway achieving ambitious ED&I targets.
  • Create of a sustainable model for the delivery of future cohorts.
  • Developing leaders skilled and experienced in systems leadership.
  • On completion, participants are ready for their next career progression
