Welcome, to the Accelerated Directors Development Scheme – time to transform your future

The Accelerated Director Development Scheme (ADDS) helps you develop your potential, accelerate your career, embrace change and improve the lives of all.

ADDS is a nationally recognised CEO led collaborative approach to developing compassionate inclusive senior leaders who have the skills, confidence and drive to comfortably work across boundaries and build great relationships in order to transform how services are delivered to our communities in Hertfordshire and West Essex.

The overall aim of the scheme is to identify, develop and deploy high potential leaders to make the transition from operational to strategic leadership and to Executive Director within 9-36 months of starting the scheme

ADDS offers you a unique collaborative approach to your leadership development. The scheme combines individualised high potential leader development that challenges and stretches you as a leader, with opportunities to help you achieve your ambitions and career progression.

You will receive personalised development that helps to define who you are as a leader through masterclass, residentials, impact groups, CEO mentoring and Executive coaching.

You will learn and develop in a vibrant network of peers from varying backgrounds and organisations thereby, building relationships based on trust and understanding across your community.

You will experience challenge and stretch opportunities that build your confidence to lead change and transform services.

Your journey is overseen and supported by the partnership CEOs and Workforce Leads
