Applications are now closed – please contact our team [email protected] to express your interest in future programmes.

Are you passionate about improving primary or dental care? Are you already working to increase the quality of the care delivered across your wider area? Do you want support to develop your initiative and at the same time to develop your skills as a leader in healthcare?

We are looking for trios of experienced GPs, dental practitioners, practice managers, primary care nurses or other clinicians to take part in our new Primary Care Leadership Collaborative programme. Working as a group of three from your practice, federation or CCG within your local strategic transformation plan (STP) footprint, this funded course will empower you to enable innovation and service transformation. In addition to leadership development sessions with a mix of group work and input from senior colleagues from the NHS and universities, participants will be able to access individual coaching and other resources through the NHS Leadership Academy and the Eastern Academic Health Science Network (AHSN).

If you were unable to attend the last session, we have include the information for you to enable you to finish this cohort: please watch the video from the final session below;
