Laying the foundations for effective talent practices and developing your local strategies

As a member of our Talent Community of Practice, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to attend a series of bite-sized sessions which will be running over the coming months.

The content of these 90-minute sessions is based on feedback from the community, these being areas members have expressed interested in revisiting or exploring in greater depth.  They will comprise a short overview/presentation on key considerations for organisations and systems, followed by group discussions and Q&A and will be facilitated by Andrea Glover from Silvermaple.  There will also be opportunity to shape additional content and attend further sessions in September.

•  You will need a webcam and a headset to fully participate.
  • The computer will need to have the sound function on so you can hear and speak at the webinar.
  • You will need to be connected to the internet for the duration of the webinar.
  • We will send an email with details of instructions for the day to all participants, prior to the date.
