Talent Bitesize Sessions – Succession Planning

As a member of our Talent Community of Practice, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to attend a further bite-sized session, the focus of which will be Succession Planning.  To maximise opportunity to attend, we will be running this on two dates:

• Tuesday 10^th October – 10:00 – 11:30am
• Thursday 2^nd  November – 10:00 – 11:30am

The content of these 90-minute sessions is based on feedback from the community, this being an area that members have expressed interested in revisiting or exploring in greater depth following online events in June this year.  It will comprise a short overview/presentation on key considerations for organisations and systems, followed by group discussions and Q&A and will be facilitated by Andrea Glover from Silvermaple.  Materials will be shared with participants following the session.

To attend, please book a place via (insert details).  If for any reason you are unable to make it on the day, please let us know in advance so we can offer spaces to other members.  A calendar invitation which includes the link to join the session will be issued upon confirmation of attendance.
