Coaching Through Transition Through The Lens of NLP
‘Coaching through transition through the lens of NLP’
This session will add to your existing coaching toolkit by sharing, exploring, and reflecting on how different Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques can support you when working with clients around trust, resilience, and well-being.
Key areas to explore will include how to grow and maintain trust in ever more complex, fast changing environments where the boundaries of home, work, organisations, and systems seem to be blurring. We will also look at how clients can be supported to transition from self and organisation to system, creating a sense of belonging at a larger scale.
This session will build on your existing coaching tools and gently nudge you to explore them through an NLP lens in creative, innovative, and yet clear ways.
The session will be held on MS Teams and facilitated by Sudeep Dhillon and Franca Oliffe. Joining instructions and link will be sent closer to the time of event but you will receive a ticket via e-mail to confirm your place.
Please RSVP below and add the session to your calendar with the options at the top of the page. The booking will close at 4pm on Tuesday 30th November.
