Coaching Practice Sessions
We are delighted to offer a 2 hour online workshop of coaching CPD; a unique opportunity to hone your coaching craft and also receive support on your continuing development as a coach. We appreciate that the past 18 months has been very challenging for coaches, with many not having the capacity to provide coaching, due to the pandemic. Likewise, those coaches who have been more active, have noticed shifts in the coaching space and would like opportunities to explore these with peers.
This workshop will provide a great opportunity to co-create a safe learning environment, with coaching peers and supervisors. In this space you will work in 3s (coach/coachee/observer) to develop your coaching skills and confidence, enabling better coaching relationships and outcomes. These sessions will be supported by ‘constructive feedback’ learning, to ensure there is optimum added value to each participant.
Offer an opportunity for each coach to work with coaching peers in a safe space and build confidence and competence. Each session will be supervised by an accredited coaching supervisor , who will work with each of the triads, providing opportunities for reflection in practice and on practice; share best practice and explore new models.
This will provide a unique coaching development opportunity; build coaching confidence and competence. Re-build your coaching networks and connections.
What makes this approach different?
The focus will be on you, as a coach, using the space to really explore some of the coaching issues which you have. You will have the support of your peers and coaching supervisors, to ensure that you are able to practice your skills, reflect on this, share best practice and have opportunities for CPD, as part of the action learning space.
A chance to practise:
