Building your Resilience: practical strategies

A 90 minute interactive online workshop to provide a safe space to discuss personal levels of coping and resilience, as well as provide practical strategies for building resilience and increasing wellbeing.

By the end of the masterclass participants will have:

  • Reviewed definitions of resilience and burnout, including three researched ways to spot when someone is burning out
  • Discussed the Five Ways for Wellbeing (by the New Economic Foundation)
  • Identified personal strategies for building their own levels of resilience and increasing wellbeing.

Please note: while these sessions are to provide support to staff, they do not replace the need for clinical intervention if someone is experiencing difficulty with their mental health. Signposting to other support available will be visible on a dedicated resources page /TBA
