Brilliant Strengths Workshop

About this webinar:

Good to Great
You remember that great feeling you have when you meet someone who you know is perfect for your team. Their natural energy and enthusiasm outweighs any initial lack of experience. You can see how their strengths will dovetail perfectly into the team – it’s a moment where everything and everyone is flourishing.

But the modern workplace demands more for less. Individuals are pulled in so many directions that ‘busyness’ gets in the way of their strengths. Even your best people can lose their way and become stuck in ‘the curse of mediocrity’.

The ‘Golden Thread’
While our flagship ‘Art of Being Brilliant’ workshop is the ideal tonic to give everyone a positive shot in the arm, BRILLIANT STRENGTHS is a journey of self-strength-discovery. Research suggests that playing to your strengths is the smallest change that can have the biggest impact on employee engagement.

If you want to raise the roof on engagement and performance, then creating the environment where people really play to their strengths is absolutely the best place to start. You will leave the session revitalized and re-energised and ready to perform at new heights, and our simple approach will also equip you to do it with your team.
