Free bitesize development for all in health and care – March to August 2022
We need creative and innovative solutions for the recovery and renewal of health and care teams and services post-pandemic. The Creative Leaders Programme offers online bite-size development for leaders at all levels across the health and care system to expand your skills and embed creative and innovative leadership more deeply within your practice. The programme combines engaging interactive workshops, coaching and an opportunity to collaborate with others across the region via an online Community of Practice. Register here for any or all of the dates below*.
The programme aims to explore what creative leadership means for our leaders in their current role with the support of experienced coaches. It provides an opportunity for personal reflection, collaborative working during workshops and sharing good practice. It will equip leaders to champion and promote innovation within their teams using a variety of tools to support the renewal and recovery for their services and communities.
Participants do not need to be able to attend all dates. The programme has been designed to allow participants to attend as many sessions as they are able to. Participants will also have the opportunity to join a digital Community of Practice via the North East & Yorkshire Leadership Academy – Leading Transformation in 2021 online workspace to network.
This programme provides:
• Practical skills and tools for leaders to apply creative leadership tactics to renewal and recovery challenges
• Group coaching to support the development of an innovator’s mindset and creative leadership skills
• Group support to build resilience while participants apply what they have
At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
• Identify personal goals and specific objectives for continued renewal and recovery innovation within their teams
• Identify successes and opportunities for growth in developing as a creative leader
• Experiment confidently with tools and approaches that support creative leadership behaviours
