Leadership Skills Programme for Primary Care Network Staff in ARRS Roles and others working in and around primary care, including those in the VCSE.

The East of England Leadership Academy in Partnership with Altogether Better  will be delivering a Leadership Skills Development Programme for Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme Roles (ARRS) workforce and others working in and around Primary Care.  This virtual (not face to face) programme will utilise interactive tools and resources enabling lively conversations and connections across peer groups across the region.

You will have an opportunity to develop personal and leadership skills across the themes of:

Mentoring

Coaching

Supervision skills

Working effectively in MDTs and meetings

Resilience

It is anticipated you will expand your individual, team and organisational effectiveness and capacity to make a difference locally as well as make a different to how things happen.

The programme will consist of 2 cohorts of 5 sessions each lasting 3 hours per session, running from 16th May to 15th June 2023 with up to 24 participants in each programme.
